Dealer has wrong info

Anyone else contacted by their dealership saying they ordered the sport instead of bronco? I have all emails from ford saying I reserved obx full size, dealer said sport. Will be following up with dealer in person tomorrow, just curious if others have run into this.

Me too! I'm sure they have incorrect info as all my email confirmation docs say what I want. Already contacted Ford's Twitter. If they persist I'll be moving on from the dealer w/o losing my spot.

I received an email from a dealer that said Bronco sport as well. I'm not concerned. I assume it's just part of their mass intro that needs fine tuned

This happened to me. The sales guy said the reservation info he had was for sport but the sales manager's page said Bronco. They asked which was it supposed to be, so that they could correct the record.

Not me. I actually got an email from the dealer a few days after my reservation just to say they received my bronco reservation. I would go down to the dealership and show them proof that you reserved the bronco and not the sport

Not a good start for ford. I ordered a Wrangler while deployed and didn't run into this issue.

You say ordered but do you mean reserved? You can not order a Bronco until December.

That's right. Show them just how passionate we are for the new bronco and if that has to cross the crazy line then so be it.

I just checked my reservation email and there is a link to check your reservation status. May be worth verifying all info is correct
