Dealer has wrong info

We had one come across as a Bronco Sport, called her to go through the order with her and she wanted the Bronco 4 Door not the Sport...

We called Ford and they said she was correct but what they had in the bank was the Sport.. they took if off of the order bank and said it would show up on the Bronco Bank when it comes out.

Make sure that you have the right Bronco on your reservation...

My reservation email says i reserved a Badlands, but when I click on the link to view my reservation it says I reserved an Outer Banks. Funny thing is I will probably order a Wildtrak.

When I changed dealerships, the new dealer said it came across as a sport. I sent him all of the information and screen shots. He double checked with Ford and it was all good.
