Hi Everyone,
Has anyone encountered an issue where their dealer receives an error when converting your reservation to actual order? I attached the screenshots; one confirming the order, and then the processing error. Dealer has been trying for 10 days. The dealer asked me to call customer support, but I haven't reached a real person yet. Everything looks good in my ford.com account. Shows step 2 'Place Order - Ready. Contact your dealer to place order'
Any ideas? Dealer has no clue, and essentially has made it my problem to fix.
