Honestly wouldn't even waste your time going back and forth with a dealership just to prove a point. Even if they concede and say they are wrong, you already know they're scummy so you're not going to use them.

with the internet today, dealers can no longer be scummy. Almost all are straightforward and have adapted to the ever changing times, but buyers have not. Buyers want everything but pay nothing!
