Hey folks,

I have searched around to see if I can have my questions answered beforehand to no avail. Going to be adding some auxiliary lighting to my '22 Black Diamond in the next few weeks and am curious if anyone has tried the two offerings I am most interesting in. Both are from @Diode Dynamics as they seem to have an awesome product at a fair price point:

Diode Dynamics SSC2 pocket kit (two 2" SSC2 lights per side)
https://www.4x4truckleds.com/diode-...LdKZxXwQ02kztyQvIKxQCmfJG-rDY-JxoCy3IQAvD_BwE

Diode Dynamics Stage Series 6" fog kit (one 6" bar on each side)
https://www.pandamotorworks.com/col...ight-bar-fog-light-kit?variant=40977679450274

Has anyone on here tried or seen both sets? The SSC2 setup allows for more flexibility with options (I will either get a combo pattern for the first pair and a fog pattern for the second pair, or just go with 2 pairs of fogs). With the 6" Stage Series, I would be going with just the fog pattern. I am curious why the SSC2 kit is more expensive, as a single 6" light on each side seems to be better than (2) 2" lights on each side in terms of intensity and the amount of total light it will throw... but I could be very wrong. If the SSC2 setup is going to be a much more effective light, I am okay with the added cost.

Many thanks for any and all help! If Diode Dynamics can chime in, I just want to know the differences between the SSC2 and the Stage Series 6" bar.

If you're comparing output, you'd probably be surprised at the punch the SSC2's pack! The 6" light bar fog pocket setup has similar output ratings as the dual SSC2 Fog Pocket kit, however it is not as versatile as the SSC2 setup. You can have different lenses emitting different patterns and you can angle each individual pod to give yourself even more versatility when going with the SSC2s. Because of this, I believe the upgrade to the SSC2 fog pocket kit is well worth the investment! We have both kits offered on pandamotorworks.com!

I installed the Diode Dynamics SSC2 Pros pocket kit this weekend. Very easy to do. Their harness made things very simple. I have Amber backlights on switch 3, Fogs on 4, and driving lights on 5. It took a few tries to get everything mounted to my liking and I may still yet change it but thats just a few bolts. Communication and shipping was top notch. Not to mention they sent a free t-shirt and a few other things :)

I am running the 6 for fog lights and running the diode dimamics fog bracket as well with them.

I am running the next size bigger ss4? For ditch lights.

Not one complaint from anything from DD on my end.

I have the DD ditch lights (pro) mounted by the a-pillar although you did not list them, they're worth considering they are super bright and light up the entire field of view in front of the vehicle.

So we offer both kits here:

Dual SSC2 Kit: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/diode-...-w-kr-off-road-brackets-for-2021-ford-bronco/

6" SS6 Kit: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/diode-...-w-kr-off-road-brackets-for-2021-ford-bronco/

We're the ones who first did the 6" light bar kits.

The SSC2 kit is more because you get 2 pairs of lights. And these lights are assembled here in the USA. Whereas the Dual 6" light bar kit gives you 2 6" lights and they are not assembled in America, so slightly less price tag.

More flexability with the dual SSC2 kit over the 6" kit. But you also save $$ with the SS6 kit.

we've got both kits in stock ready to ship with our USA Made stainless steel mounting brackets and our plug and play harness
