They can't. When I call, the folks are (usually) very compassionate and try to be helpful, until you hear that little catch in their voice..."Uh, sorry, we just don't know any more..." They want to, but the blackout on communication keeps anyone helpful from being actually helpful.
They won't even tell my dealer anything!! They claim to have never seen anything like this!
(This will likely imprison my Bronco for another few weeks, I think they've got it marked: DO NOT MOVE THIS A$$HOLE's Bronco.

Sorrrrrry Jeff. I keep forgetting that Ford is incapable of shipping and thar you're still parked "built" somewhere. Blah, how frustrating
