agree, I have the same observation. Have been worried, but likely should not be
may be a start-up or emissions control impact that appears to be a rough idle

Mine has a little sputter on cold starts. Goes away though.... just like valve 4 goes away for some unlucky owners :confused:

hmm, i've not noticed that. What i HAVE noticed is that the engine idle's longer to warm up after a cold start than my other little 4 banger i had. figure that's normal though.

just hit 1000k and no problems. love this bad boy

Not at all with mine. Not even on 15°days and cold starts.

No shakes but the muffler sure makes some strange noises while warming up.

Yes. Periodically gets a "rough" idle once warm and just sitting idling in a parking space. I'm at 4000 miles now, has done it since day 1.
