Now I'm a lazy man, first off I didn't read the 11 pages of comments so it may have been answered and I'm also lazy when it comes to door hinge bolts. My Jeeps have been out for almost 10 years but they aren't as vital as the Broncos. Oh yea back to me being lazy, is there any reason to ever take the bottom guide pin out and just mess with the top hinge bolt whenever removing the doors? Yes, I'm that lazy.
You would save only 30 seconds if you did that. I am sure the door would close fine but haven't tried it.

I'm going to save myself some time and stop saving all these posts in my Bronco folder and just go ahead and subscribe to your YouTube channel. I have a feeling I'm going to want to watch all these videos again.

@Ourbroncolife the next time y'all get your hands on a 4 door do you mind popping some measurements of the space under the rear seat? Looks like a good storage place for long items of hunting persuasion :D

1) the only time i would worry about fenders being stolen is when i see another bronco close by...chances of a non bronco person knowing how to take it or would care to steal and possibly steal it are slim...in my opinion. Plus insurance will cover it, if not it gives me a chance to buy aftermarket lol

2) anyone know if the material of the non painted one is like the Jeep stock ones that fade in the FL sun after a year?

Hi everyone,

Made a video of removing/replacing the doors & fender flares based on my experience doing it multiple times.
This is not necessarily the Ford approved way but the way it works best for me.

BONUS: Weighed the doors!

Thanks for all the information yesterday at Blackwell Ford. Are you going to be at Bill Brown Ford on Saturday?

Good point, seems to be pretty tight fit but i'm sure not air tight, could take advantage of the removable fenders to keep clean weekly.
I'm thinking this is going to be a good practice. Most aftermarket flares I've seen include a rubber gasket that sits between the flare and the fender to seal it. Plastic on painted metal with dirt in between gives me the heebie jeebies!

Sean, is there any evidence of damage to the paint or any chipping after removing/replacing the flares so often?(Im just assuming it’s painted behind there, looks like it is)
