Explain Reservation Dates and Times

I have see a lot of post on here that reference reserving on the 7/13 but not getting an email til 7/14 then say they have a 7/14 reservation date.
Some reference the dealers going buy the email date and time.
Others reference the date on their Ford.com account and others reference what Ford Customer Care have told them there time stamp is.

Here my dates:

Reservation#1
First Email from Ford: Never got one
Ford.com 7/14
Ford Customer Care time stamp: 7/13/20 10:39
Reservation#2
First Email from Ford: 7/13/20 11:06
Ford.com 7/14
Ford Customer Care time stamp: 7/13/20 11:05

Which one matters?

The time stamp one is what's in the dealers reservation list. They are also going to sort them in order of reservation to make it easy to tell what order they should be in.
