Extra letters on Nav screen

I noticed this a little over a month ago, but then my bronco was in the shop for about a month.
I use Android Auto constantly so I am not sure whe it started.
When i go to the Ford Navigation Screen there is extra text.

She is a 2 door First Edition, that i have since new.
I used Forscan about a year ago to get rid of double honk, add sport mode, bambi.
The last over the air update was July 12th 2023.

Anyone have any ideas??

Do a hard reset. Pull the sync fuse is my preferred method. You can also do a button combination on the head unit but it doesn’t reset all the modules. I think it’s play and skip forward button until it resets.

Thank you for the suggestions I tried both things and neither worked

Can you switch the infotainment's language setting? I forget. I'd try to switch to something else then back to English.

Boo. Sounds like a trip to the dealer then unfortunately.

Someone else posted this a while back. It happened after an update that must not have applied properly.

I had this same problem. I figured out that it happens if you make the forscan change to switch the country code from U.S. to Canada so that you can get NAV in motion. (Basically being able to enter an address into Nav while in motion). Switching back to U.S. will fix the problem.

I had this same problem. I figured out that it happens if you make the forscan change to switch the country code from U.S. to Canada so that you can get NAV in motion. (Basically being able to enter an address into Nav while in motion). Switching back to U.S. will fix the problem.

This. I had to revert the Forscan Nav in motion as well. Same issue.
