I want an additional horn that I can use on those rare occasions when the usual horn doesn't get the attention I want.

I plan to just hook it up to one of the upfitter switches.

Can anyone recommend a product or show me what you've done?

I know the train horns that have been blown near me almost caused me to soil my shorts. They should be easy to find on various sites.

I was thinking about buying one of those impact drill horns and hanging it somewhere underneath my truck, using the remote for a button… super easy and I don’t need a tank or hear a compressor. Thoughts?

I might be in the minority here (can we still use the word “minority?”) but I think that the factory horn is pretty damn loud already!

I bought the same one but haven’t installed yet.
Is it screwed/bolted to existing points, or just stuffed in there?

The compressor is bolted down(one bolt). The Horn is just wedged into place - I was planning on using zip ties, but there's really no structure for that. I could screw it down, but there's no room to get any kind of tool in there. It's pretty well stuck.

Thanks. Did you use an existing bolt for the compressor, or drill a new hole?

I drilled out a new hole. It's kind of tight quarters under there, so just see where the compressor fits and you'll see where the mounting bolt will need to be. Also the connecting hose is only so long, so unless you replace it, the 'trumpet' needs to be located nearby as well. I have to credit a co-worker with this location. That's where he put it on his Badlands.
