Rock Rail Kit -- Part Number: SKM2DJ-102D30-AA

Those brackets look like they'll bend easily when the rock rail takes a load pushing up from underneath. I wonder what the design load of the rock rails are? Are they designed to support the weight of the vehicle or just look pretty? What gauge steel is used?

I can see it working in they hold the rock rail against the bottom of the body and then spreads the load.
According to Ford when they introduced the Bronco that said the rails will support the weight of the entire vehicle.

The true offroaders still scoff at the notion that the rails are body-mounted, they suggest if it isn't frame-mounted then it is crap.
That's a true statement. These being mounted to the body would be unfathomable. So far from what I'm seeing, it looks like I'll be saving $600 off my order because I'm not buying rock rails that are less than 1/8" thickness, and have crappy plastic caps on either end. The aftermarket will handle this much better.

Supporting the weight of the truck and taking the weight of an impact are two different things. How did they measure that? With the weight spread out over the whole rail or with it focused on, say, a 4 inch section. A rock rail will perform drastically different based on that alone.

Body mounted will likely be fine for my use but just taking the truck weight may not be enough for others.

Cargo Liner -- Part Number: SKM2DJ-11600-AA

Not exciting whatsoever, but for those wondering if there will be an OE accessory liner for cargo hold, the answer is yes. Again, unclear if this P/N is being used for both variations. Instructions indicate you *will* have to cut openings for the D-rings in load floor if so desired.

This must be a B6G exclusive. Googling the P/N's does not return anything, except a link to B6G. (y)

Hoping there will be aftermarket fender flare delete kits (basically something to make it look pretty enough with no flares). I think I'll also go aftermarket for sliders, I already wanted something that came out from the body more anyway.

Calling the aftermarket: Can I get a quick-disconnect delete kit for my fender flares? Unless I break them, they aren't coming off.

Can't say for sure but the rock rails on my former 2015 Willy's Jeep had almost identical rails and they were really strong. They weighed a ton and the brackets were made with a thick steel. I can't see from this diagram whether or not they mount to the body. That's my only concern. Might be better off buying Aftermarket rails for several reasons.
Looks like body mounts. Aftermarket rails attached to the frame are better (and more expensive)?

Don't know the gauge off the top of my head but they are designed to support the weight of the vehicle. It is demonstrated in several videos. The true offroaders still scoff at the notion that the rails are body-mounted, they suggest if it isn't frame-mounted then it is crap.
Knowledge from experience maybe?
