don’t know about your area but there are several new ‘23 Raptors available at dealers around here.
Only snag might be your price point.

Platinum Ford in Terrell TX had one on the floor when we picked ours up. Loaded but different color. They had it at MSRP as I recall. Someone posted one for sale on this forum last week, used but I don't remember the details. But they had it priced good.

Although the Raptor market has/is significantly moving to a buyers market, the combo you're looking for isn't going to happen. Going to have to move to a '22, go for higher mileage used or get closer to the mid $90k range.
