Who else has seen this? I hope Ford doesn't pull this nonsense with the Bronco as well. There's already too many FEs as it stands.

These might be people who did not take their FEs. I am confident we will have some this time too.

Was seriously surprised when I heard this about the Mach-e. I have a FE Bronco reserved and wasn't happy when they doubled it. I also have a Mach-e on order but not a FE. REALLY glad I didn't go for the MME-FE

I wouldn't be surprised if they did this with the Bronco as well. They did it with the GT.

This is what the doubling to 7000 is. Celebrities and VIPs will get theirs, and drops like this. Those of us that reserve FE and back out, the dealerships will get access to some of those to put crazy markups on. Dealerships hope we back out of FE.

The dealerships may get their wish depending on what the final interior will be.

I'm not sure why, but partnering with random ass celebrities to have them "giveaway access" to special edition vehicles like this really bothers me.

So I painted some color boards for our new house and I just picked up the colors my wife told me to; the lighting’s not great on this but I’m pretty sure there’s Area 51 and Cactus Grey there (and an antimatter blue if I drop out of FE).

Mach E First Edition holders have changed their trim levels when they converted their Reservation to an Order. This frees up that FE for someone else. The same thing will happen when is Bronco FE reservation holder converts to an order and they'd rather have another trim. That Bronco FE reservation will then become available to someone who wanted one but the reservations were full. Make sense?

So I’ve been FE committed (even with Navy interior) until yesterday. I was explaining to someone at work about the latest Bronco saga with Ford’s pricing survey. When I get through explaining the prices and trims, he says, “so you can build the exact same truck for about the same price? So the FE doesn’t have any unique features except for a badge?” I said, “umm, yeah, it’s..well, no, I guess not”

I mean, I kind of already knew that, but when he said it out loud, I realized how ridiculous this is to buy a “special” edition with no unique features but with limited color options and a mandatory interior. I think I’d rather max out a BL or WT and get exactly what I want.

Change my mine! Am I missing something?

Let’s hope there is more to the FE than we think.

The special stickers? I’m of the same mind as you and am fully prepared to change my FE reservation to get the exact color combo I want and then load it. I’m holding out for the build n’ price before making that call though.

Just that the consensus is the FEs will be built first.
I’ve also been checking out the MACH E forum and that’s the case their with the FEs, they are being built first.

So the next question is, do you want to option the way you want it through a Badlands/Wildtrack or does the idea of having it first carry more weight?
