First Edition Reservation

What instrument is at play that enforces Ford dealers to sell a person with a FE reservation to the person that's on the FE reservation? It seems like dealers can change this at the time of sale (all the ebay auctions, chats with ford dealers, etc) - so what's preventing them from just selling a FE that shows up at their dealership to Billy $10k over instead of Bob who had the reservation?

Well, the reservation holder has a contract with Ford for the reservation of the First Edition Bronco. Once it is ordered, most likely a deposit will be placed by the reservation holder and once the construction of the Bronco begins, a VIN will be issued by Ford for that specific Bronco. If the dealer were to take that particular Bronco and sell it off their lot, they would have violated a number of legal agreements and by subject to legal repercussions along with the wrath of Ford...

Makes good sense to me Wheeler. I was gonna say Bob would be the one to prevent this when he went into the dealers show room with a baseball bat.
