As I said, the sales manager confirmed it was a customer's order. That means another human has ownership rights for said bundle of materials.

Don’t believe me? Call, your dealer and tell him you want to purchase it, but you would need to take delivery immediately after it arrives. Then see what he says.

Didn't Ford tell the dealers they could sale the mannequin to customers after several months of demo use?

Gotta think like a salesman to know how a salesman works LOL!

Context: I'm in Vancouver, Canada.

Spoke to my dealer this morning and they already have a build with a confirmed delivery date of mid May.

4 door, base, 6 speed. Customer order as per sales manager.

They are starting to trickle in...

Pics of the WBDO screen with customer name on it and delivery date in May or it didn’t happen (cause it’s for sure a mannequin).

Good question! I actually answered it in another thread a few minutes ago. Rather than repeat myself, I will simply quote it here...

Nothing prevents a dealer from selling a mannequin before the minimum, 7-month in-service period required by the Bronco FCTP Accessory “Mannequin” Program, but there is a penalty if they do.

My dealer is scheduled to receive a mannequin in the next couple months and the manager stated they will call those of us with orders to schedule a test drive. They must put 4K miles on it before they are allowed to sell it.

There is no minimum or maximum mileage requirement for the Bronco mannequins. It is a unique, 7-month in-service timing requirement driven by Ford’s expectation to not have any dealer stock units available in 21MY due to demand from Bronco reservation holders.
