If you're a fisherman looking for a place to mount your fishing poles, look no further! Designed here on Long Island, NY (surf fishing capital of the world) this mounting system provides a simple and elegant solution to a common problem. That problem... Where do you mount your fishing poles on the Bronco?

Utilizing the existing mounting points on the front of the truck our stainless steel bracket system provides a secure and stable system to support 1 or 2 rods (per side). Each holder is designed to safely and securely hold your fishing pole without damaging it. The built in angle of the mounting system allows you to transport long fishing rods without the fear of snagging an over-pass or electrical line. The rods sit at an angle hovering over the roof line.

Simply bolt on the system, slide in your fishing pole and head to your favorite fishing spot.

The single kit allows you to install the fishing rod holder on either the driver side or passenger side. You have the option to install the system on the outside or inside as well. Keep in mind that installation on the inside of the factory limb risers will prohibit the hood from opening with the system installed.

The double kit includes two (2) rod holders (along with 2 brackets) and installs on either the driver side or passenger side. The two rod holders mount back to back. This will prohibit the hood from opening with the system installed (you'll need to unbolt it if you need to open the hood). You may also opt to split the two holders and have 1 on the driver side and 1 on the passenger side as well. We've provided sufficient hardware in the kit if you want to separate the two.

Thanks. I honestly just needed a solution for myself. But realized it's a common issue. max of 4 rods but I'll work on a larger system to support more, as well as a system that mounts 2 of them on the outside so you could still open the hood.

I'm in Minnesota and some musky rods are 8 feet and longer. They are mostly a one piece rod. This would work for those. Is there a quick disconnect to take the holder on and off, while leaving the mounting point?

I was pissed a few weeks ago. I got this nice 1 piece rod a year or two ago that i've honestly not had a chance to use. I took a break from surf casting. Got the bronco, built it up and went "hell yeah now I can hit the beach again" and said "ahhh crap where am I gonna mount this 1 piece rod"

Thought about strapping it to the spare tire but it would sit up high, and I have concerns over hitting the lines at my shop (normal street lines no problem, at my shop though it dips low when it goes into the building above the garage door).

Soo yeah, now I'll be able to use that 1 piece rod I got.

This is why I bought both my surf rods as 2 piece designes. But they are still long as hell. LOL. I would condiser buying these for sure. they appear to be a great design. Good work.

@4x4TruckLEDs.com You mentioned these last weekend. The pictures really make it look much more appealing. Since the typical LI Parks Beach Pass is a fishing pass, having a visible place to display Fishing Rods will make it easy to take the Bronco out on the Beach. Very cool!

Limited when you run a dual mount. So you can't open the hood with the dual mount installed (but it's easy to remove it).

If you just do a single per side, then you have no issues opening the hood. It's just when you mount 2 is all.
