I’m not really sure how to read this. When it says “less cover”, does that mean covers are sold separately? So any cover would work on any headrest? Does 2-way mean up and down, but fixed back and forth, while 4-way is adjustable in both axes?

No cover on the foam part and is offered separately. I have no idea on fitment, just looked up a '21 F150 headrest and snipped the catalogue screen.

I had to flip mine backwards. Was driving me nuts.

Just did the same thing. Ridiculously tilted forward. Now flipped backwards, it’s a bit too far back - but definitely better than before.

I pinged my bronco dealer. I'm hoping to stop by this week and see if bronco sport or ranger head rests fit in the bronco and are either adjustable or straighter

Ebay is your friend. The first week I had mine I knew I had to do something. I asked a coworker with an F150 if I could test fit his head rest. I bought a 2015-2019 F150 XLT set on Ebay. The color is Black Ebony (not the Dark Space Gray) but you can barely tell the difference. They aren't cheap but to me it was worth it.

It's my understanding that the adjustable head rests are only on the leather seats, correct?

The headrests are adjustable on my leather OBX, and the electric seat adjustments is really nice for us tall people, giving lots of ways of fitting long legs etc. It is a $2,100 upgrade. But i recommend it.

I throw depo and warehouse around in reference to Ford's depots. These are technically in the National depot, in Detroit. My facing depot is Indianapolis. Almost everything new goes to National first and once enough inventory is built up they start sending it to the other locations. Since almost all Bronco specific stuff is in short supply, National is pretty much the only warehouse that has anything.

This does not show if a dealer has a specific part in stock but there is a search we can do. Whether they want to let it go is another story.
