I went A51, Rapid sitting next to my Ruby Red raptor looks dull/dark.. The velocity or green has my eye.
But mines an FE , have like 5 colors

There is definitely something about the way Ford does their tri-coats, and even metallics that makes them look dull in a lot of lighting conditions. My wife's Hyundai looks like a bass boat and sparkles in my the sun like a diamond. On my F-150 you almost have to be looking directly at it on a bright sunny day to even tell it's metallic. I used to have a Ruby Red F-250. Looked beautiful in the sun, but looked like a dull burgundy from an 80's Chrysler on cloudy days. Rapid I think is a big improvement, but still tends to be loose it's luster in some lighting conditions.

Yea, you're up shit creek then. You can't park a Rapid Red vehicle next to your track-pack Miata or the Bronco paint will just not look very good at all.

Great looking Miata! Those things can really scoot when you want them to. Mucho respect for the driver mod + miata track rats!

Lol, I actually prefer Rapid Red to Rock-chip Soul Red. I just like the base color more. Still absolutely love it, though.

The Miata has been a lot of fun, and is about to be paid off in a couple months. I love it as a weekend warrior, but I've just about had in regards to it being the "daily" of the group. I've done a bit of work to it, and it's about to get some wider wheels and tires. I don't know what direction I'm going to go after that, though.

The Fiata was a huge letdown when I drove it. It just felt gutless up top.

Unfortunately, it's a coinflip between VB or HPR. I do want to see HPR IN person.

Race Red if they'll let me have it on a Base model, which wasn't possible for 2021. If not, I'll have to go with blue and put some Boise State stickers on the thing.

Here it is, as I was going through the purchase process. The other red car is my 2014 Escape in Ruby Red. The two colors are similar, but not exactly the same.

I lucked out and actually got my RR. There was a brief moment that I was canceled.
Has that cancellation stuck, I was going to go with the new Green.

I could not do the Chili pepper......too much orange.

Yep. My old mazda6 was soul red. Gorgeous color, got so many compliments on it.

It would chip if you looked at it wrong lol.
