Ah come on!......Ford.com?...that’s entirely nonspecific and generic.It's just ford.com to view your reservation etc. but I wouldn't take any advice from me on how to register since mine doesn't work and I've never successfully logged in. I created another account with a separate email just fine and can log into that but I only have one reservation since I'm only buying one Bronco.

They did eventually resolve it for me. I had two profiles with the same email address. They had to delete one but ensure my order was tied to the remaining one correctly. I ended up working with the Ford Pass team. Did not get traction until I copied what I thought was the CEO of Fords email address. Of course it bounced but customer support did not know that and they thought he might be getting my case detail which was lengthy and 8 months old. It was resolved in 2 days. Kind of pathetic I have to goto those measures to get someone to help a paying customer.Ever heard any resolution for this problem? I'm wondering if we will have problems claiming our FordPass rewards since we can't even access our accounts 8 months later... At least I was still able to order one.
