Ford Order Confirmation Email Link

When I first ordered my Bronco I received an email from Ford confirming my order which had a little tracker at the top with "Order Confirmed", "Scheduled for Production", "Buillt" and "Shipped" bubbles (with the Ordered one filled it).

I used to be able to click on the link that said "View Online" and it would acces the internet and show the same thing, however recently the link no longer works and it just says "This m.t.email-ford.com page can't be found".

I checked with my dealer and the order preview still shows unscheduled clean.

Has anyone else experienced this issue with their link?

I just checked both of my order confirmation emails from Ford. Neither has a link, just a graphic. Did you have a reservation? Are you thinking of the backdoor link?

I had the same issue. Just assumed the link expired after a few months.

No, on the right side of the image in the email in a link to view online.

Ha. Yeah, I never even noticed that. Mine doesn't work either.

That should just be a link to view the email itself in a browser instead of your email client/app. The content on that link will be exactly the same as what is in the email and will never be updated. It’s just to view in a different format.

don't worry about the email you received from Ford X number of months ago. If you want to check the status of your order online then use the back door tracker.

No need to be sassy bro. You don't need a vin, just your resetvation number. Replace the x's with you reservation number and you're good.

Can't use that because I didn't have a reservation. Not being sassy, but there was clearly a reason I asked what I did and not for other ways to track an order.

You don’t need a VIN. Just your reservation number.
