When does Ford Email Order Confirmation

I placed an order at my Ford local dealer around 10/24/21 for a 2022 4 door Outer Banks Bronco.
My dealer says the order is there but they can't track individual orders.
Should I have received an email from Ford acknowledging my order???

I received both - the original order as well as the 22 order - within seconds of the salesman hitting enter. YMMV

There is a bronco support line -but the offrodeo support can look up orders too....

I got mine the next day. Did the dealer give you any paperwork with the order number, etc. on it?

I got mine over a month later and it said the correct order date on it lol. I think their systems messed up.

It sounds like your dealer is blowing smoke. Order confirmation is right away and on your pricing agreement.

Thanks. All. I do have an Order Code. It starts with 1 letter and then 3 digits. Would that be the same as the confirmation?
I'm going back to dealer later this week.

I got my email order confirmation from Ford in under an hour after meeting with dealer. 2022 BB SAS order date of December 3, 2021. My sales guy went through the online public configurator with me. Printed it out. We walked up to the sales manager / administrative desk and another guy keyed it in and printed the DORA. I had an OTD price with taxes and fees written on the DORA and signed. Generally pleasant experience, but I have no idea where I sit on their allocation list so luckily I have a fast and exciting daily driver to occupy me while I wait.

Sometimes never lol. My order confirmation when I ordered in Jan 21 came within minutes. When I reordered in 11/21' I never got one, nor did I get confirmation that I'd been scheduled with a build date lol. It's all random.

Your dealer is either uninformed or flat out lying. The dealership can bring up the order page from Ford and it provides the status of your order. Plain and simple. I know because my dealer did exactly this for me. I knew my VIN and a preliminary build week schedule two weeks before Ford sent an email with the VIN and the updated build week schedule.

I've never received any emails from Ford. I ordered on 11/2/2021. My sales rep gave me my VIN in early January with a preliminary build week of 2/14/2022 (and later a build day of 2/16). He's sent me screenshots whenever I text him for status updates. It'd be nice to get an email someday.

I did receive MY ORDER SUMMARY from dealer with Order Code, Sales code and PRIORITY CODE 10.
I do have a Locked down price agreement document including taxes, Title, License and Amin. fees.
I think my order is good. Just still don't have that warm and fuzzy failing because I never got the Ford email.
Outer Banks, 4DR, Eruption Green 2.7, HDTP.

I got my email right after I left the dealership when i placed my order a few weeks ago.
I did go back a few days later to change it to the 2.7 and add the modular bumper. I never got another email because he said they had to redo it all because of those changes. I am guessing everything is still good to go
