Can't use that because I didn't have a reservation. Not being sassy, but there was clearly a reason I asked what I did and not for other ways to track an order.

Then you just stuck like the early reservation holders waiting and hoping (for coming up on 2 years now) that Ford schedules their builds with no communication. Welcome to the SUCK!

put your reservation id after the = sign

put you reservation id in after the = sign

if you don't have a reservation id. sign in to you Ford account and go to reservation/orders and look there you should be able to see some info

You don’t need a VIN. Just your reservation number.

Don't have a reservation number...thus why I asked what I did.

Well I didn't have a reservation, so that doesn't work. Need a VIN to add to Ford's website for tracking (Which I don't have). So not sure who gave you that info....

Yes thank you, I ordered February 17th and it just quit working about a week and a half ago...wonder if yours will do the same soon?

Did you get a DORA when you placed your order? It has your sales code, order code and priority code on it.

Take the sales code and the order code from the DORA and open a chat with FORD on the support page and tell them you cannot access your order info anymore
