Ford Order Confirmation Email Link

Do yourself a favor and forget about the fact that you ordered a Bronco. You should get an email as it moves through the process. At the very least, you will get a call from your dealer some day telling you that your truck is at the dealership...then go buy it.

The way some people seem to check on their status almost on a daily basis is kind of funny. What is sad are the people that have tried to call/chat with Ford Customer Support time and time again...and then complain about Ford when they don't get any additional info.

When I first ordered my Bronco I received an email from Ford confirming my order which had a little tracker at the top with "Order Confirmed", "Scheduled for Production", "Buillt" and "Shipped" bubbles (with the Ordered one filled it).

I used to be able to click on the link that said "View Online" and it would acces the internet and show the same thing, however recently the link no longer works and it just says "This m.t.email-ford.com page can't be found".

I checked with my dealer and the order preview still shows unscheduled clean.

Has anyone else experienced this issue with their link?

I noticed this same thing before. The link worked when I first got it, and then there was a point where it didn't. That did make me go hmmmm...but at some point it started working again. I just checked mine, and it is not working again.

Personally, I am not worrying about it.

Did you get a DORA when you placed your order? It has your sales code, order code and priority code on it.

Yes, but you need a VIN to add to Ford account ( I have Ford account, it won't show order without VIN unless you had a reservation).

Can't get a VIN until you are scheduled, which apparently I'm not.

Yes. And I also get this when I log into my account but that's as far as I get.

Hey gryphon1231 mine says the same thing I see. We aren't ever getting this thing.
Are we missing something? I don't have a vin and they said I don't get one yet
