Supposedly I have been updated to 3.5.2 on Oct 19, but I see no changes in the infotainment system.

Mine cuts out in the exact same areas I drive every day. I have an iPhones 14 with the new iOS. I think Appleā€™s the culprit.
Same. It is very weird.

Got tired of waiting for the OTA, so I did mine manually today. Full screen definitely shouldā€™ve been a thing all along šŸ‘ŒšŸ»

Auto updates can stay on, I manually updated the APIM software with the ford diagnostic tool since I work at a dealership.

We're in the same boat. Supposedly the update was installed on Oct. 19th, but the "About Sync" screen still shows the same software version/revision. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

Me too. Tried to Update manually and get the message that my vehicle is up to date and there are no updates available.

How long did it take? Do you think I can ask the dealer to do it?

I was working on other cars while it was going, but I would guess around 45 minutes.
Any dealer should certainly be able to do this for you, I'm not sure how much they would charge though.

Is that something that can be done with Forscan?

I donā€™t believe so. Unlikely forscan would have the latest calibration. That being said, Iā€™ve never tried it so Iā€™m not 100% sure.
