Garmin dash mount?

Garmin has a 17mm friction socket. I'm trying to find a solution to mount it to a dash rail, and shopping for a dash rail. Any ideas

I bought the Mabett dash rail Mabett Dash rail. I works fine with my wife's and my phone mounted to it. You could use one of these to convert from the 1 inch to 17mm ball. 1 in to 17mm The last thing you could use is the 1 inch ball mount and arm. 1 inch ball mount. This should be all you will need. You don't need the Mabett mount unless you want to add other stuff like your phone etc to the rail. The other two items should be all you need.

the ball mount, or even a gopro mount screwing into the rail, Is it a standard size thread? I'm trying to source those.

The thread should be a 1/4 -20. The 1 inch ball mount comes with everything you need except the 17mm ball.
