I finally, FINALLY fixed the glass on my passenger door. It has caught on the top of the weatherstripping when opening the door from day one. After three visits to the dealership they left it worse than it originally was, so I fixed it myself.

Glass adjustment video:

Now the glass slides along the rubber when opening the door, like it should have been from the factory. And it doesn't affect wind noise at high speeds. I'm so freaking happy because it's been an annoyance for the last two years!

Many of us have the same problem. I brought mine recently to the dealer, and they made some sort of programming adjustment that seem to lessen the issue. Now they are also ordering brand new regulators for both driver and passenger windows to see if that will finally fix it completely. I’ll update the post once the work has been completed.

A new regulator might help if the glass' position is properly calibrated, but that should be possible with the one you have now?

Agree. I think it’s the dealer looking to charge ford for unnecessary work/parts. Like an MD who over prescribes antibiotics.
