The wife said the best way to get rid of glitter is fire.

Also, I can’t see the word permeable without thinking of Clark Griswold’s non-nutritive cereal varnish. I love the non-osmotic properties of it!Seeing as it’s a non-permeable material and none of the usual methods worked, I’d try using an air compressor and an air gun. 80-100psi should lift anything off the seat
My daughter asked as well and I let her take it, luckily her glitter was large flakes so it came up pretty easily. Easy fix, put a towel down on the seat for next glitter night out.High amount of irony that I see this post and my younger daughter asked to take my Bronco to prom this Friday with this being one of my concerns!
I have a feeling that the glitter has created a molecular bond with the MGV. Like a gecko. Maybe take a dry microfiber cloth and rub the seat vigorously and see if the static will lift the glitter. So my wife wore a dress to an event we went to recently and that dress was covered in glitter, which is now all over my passenger seat. I have the MGV and it’s like the glitter imbedded itself into the weave of the seat. I was able to vacuum out about 75% of it but the remaining 25% is very much noticeable. I’ve tried lint rollers, duct tape, many passes with multiple vacuums and that shit ain’t going nowhere. Any insider tips from detail nuts out there on how to get rid of it? Thank God my wife knew she was the one who shedded all over my seat otherwise I’d have questions to answer. Thanks!
leaving glitter in the car is a good way for that to happen naturally...Get rid of the wife.
AKA, OP show pics of your wife or it didn't happen.Any chance you have a picture of the area effected by the glitter? Depending on the severity, it could change the course of action.
