11/12 3:50pm Update from dealer:

Just received an update from my dealer service department. Apparently there was a small hole in the radiator which was causing the coolant loss. They couldn’t figure out how the hole got there but will be replacing it when the new radiator arrives on Monday. She said it could’ve been from the manufacturer or maybe from a rock that hit the fan. I asked her about the coolant hose which she confirmed was just fine. I will probably ask them to zip tie it anyways to be safe

Got a whole 140 miles and this happens lol siiiigh. Hopefully an easy fix but no matter it’s still SUPER disappointing.. texted my dealer just waiting to hear back…
Dang, coolant is EVERYWHERE. UGH. 😩

Yea that looks like the pulley bolt is too close to one of the lower hoses and wears a hole in it . It’s been mentioned a few times here. Hopefully that’s all it is.

Damn! I was hoping this issue was old news but I guess Ford has not issued a notice to dealers to look out for it. Dumb. (n)

mine was one that was built in July so hopefully they’ll get the issue resolved going forward. At least we can hope! Just sad it’s one more item to the list of things to look out for..

Thats why they leave the cardboard exposed in the MIC, so you can soak up the leaked coolant.
