Granger wire transfer issue

Has anyone had problems wiring money to granger ford in Iowa? I have triple checked that I got their account and routing numbers correct, my bank has confirmed on their end the money was sent and posted, but granger is saying they have not received the funds yet.

I didn’t have any problems- however I was told that they only get an updated list once per day. So depending on when you sent the funds it’s possible that it won’t show up on their list until the next day. That’s what I was told anyway….

Was sent last Wednesday, should have arrived by Thursday COB. Monday/yesterday. they said they didnt have it. They finally confirmed today they got it.

I ran into the same issue with my wire transfer with them saying they couldn't find it.

I ended up talking to Samantha before she went home for the day and she looked into it the next morning and they found it. I'm not sure why it happened, but they dug a bit deeper and found it had been deposited the day I said that I wired the payment.

Money be piling up so fast at Granger they can't even count it all.

Always get confirmation number for wire and send over (with any wire). Helps accounting find it.

I know where Granger IA is; I've been there....it's Iowa. Lived there for almost 7 years. Nice, but different.....

I sent two large wire transfers to Granger Motors - one each for both my Wildtrak and Badlands. No problem whatsoever. Maybe the federal holiday was the reason for the delay.
