putting lights in the fenders would make it harder for removal. instead they kept it in with the grill so all forward lights are together on the grill and easy to remove everything in one shot. seems like an easy and smart design to me.

Not only that, the front and side lights are a single assembly, meaning fewer parts.putting lights in the fenders would make it harder for removal. instead they kept it in with the grill so all forward lights are together on the grill and easy to remove everything in one shot. seems like an easy and smart design to me.
On the bumper ends should meet legal reqs.I am sure that any manufacturer that would bring this grille to market would include some type of side marker lights and wiring loom extension to install the new lights in the the fender sides. They would be aware of the federal regulations.

Is this the thread where we can complain about the tires not being retro 4" whitewalls? The grill should end at the hood fins like the 1971 broncos.
change my mind or tell me an alternative

thats great. i'll still look for an aftermarket alternative thats more aesthetically pleasing. Not only that, the front and side lights are a single assembly, meaning fewer parts.
The amber on the left is the side marker light on the outside of the grille.
Not that bumper, the end comes off.On the bumper ends should meet legal reqs.
To each their own. Personally I find it MORE aesthetically pleasing that it's integrated rather than some giant amber box out by itself on the quarter panel.thats great. i'll still look for an aftermarket alternative thats more aesthetically pleasing.
