From my understanding, if you get the hard top, you don’t get the soft top. The only way to get both tops is to go with the dual top option. I could be wrong though.
Also (I know this isn't solidified but) I've seen the prices for the hardtops anywhere from $700-$2000, from the MIC to the Painted, but I'm confused about the price ranges, are they based on model?If you get a hard top, then you don't get a soft top. To get both a soft top and a hard top, you'll need to get the dual tops option.

I really want a white top, but I like the idea of a soft top and having both, but it's cost dependent.
