I installed these lights (plug and play):

https://www.amazon.com/Mabett-Assemblies-Compatible-Daytime-Accessories/dp/B0BLYPGK9X?th=1

Now, when I'm driving during the day, the running lights (ring around the main headlight) is lit on the passenger side, but not the driver side). When I shut off my Bronco, the passenger light ring around the headlight goes off relatively soon, but the driver side one (the one that is NOT on when I'm driving during the day) stays on for a really long time. My headlights work normally when driving at night (though the driver side ring stays on for a long time after shut off as it always does).

I had the dealer install the lights (I started to, but got to be more of a pita than I wanted). The dealer has looked at this light issue, but couldn't figure anything out.

Anybody have any ideas (other than just removing the Mabett lights altogether)?

If these were supposed to be simple plug & play I suspect there's an issue w/ the fogs. Have you tried disconnecting the fogs to see if it fixes the issue?

Gonna give that a try. If it ends up being something that's not too obvious, I'm going to ditch them. Shame, because I like them, but eh.

Try reversing the polarity on the one or the other and check your grounds.

Was there ever a resolution to this?

I’m having an identical issue in my (new to me) ‘24 Everglades.

Unplugging the fogs did not change the headlight malfunction. Idk what brand the fogs are because it came with them. They are identical to the Mabetts though.
