Heated Seats NOT Missing (Pls Ignore)

I took deliver of a 22 Badlands 2 door with the High package last week.

Either (a) I am clueless or (b) it does not have heated seats. My understanding is that heated seats are included with Mid and above packages.

Any insights?

Should be in your climate control instrument cluster. Two buttons bottom left and right side.

I can’t find any buttons. I think they’re normally within the HVAC control panel but I got nothin’

Dumb question but did you get everything else that comes with high package like 12” screen etc?

I just looked on Ford.com and heated seats are listed as an option not in a package. Just heated steering wheel is in the LUX package.

Do you the 12” screen? Keyless access? This would be the first we’ve heard of no heated seats.
