Help me decide... Eruption Green vs Velocity Blue

I'm a blue fan in general, but did seriously consider the green until the wife did the wife thing... Here is our former Jeep, also in blue, great color... This was our 'transition' car until the Bronco became available... Blue may be better for resale...

One of each! EG is mine, VB is a friends. I was all over the board on color when it was announced, A51, Cyber Orange. Come time to order I went with EG, low key. VB is more flashy.

I had an EG loaner last week and probably will next week too. But VB 100% I was torn between them too.

Ive been leaning toward painting my flares.. This makes me wanna do it even more.

Are you planning any graphics?

Possibly on the hood anti-glare but probably not on the sides. Might go with a body color grill though.

Eruption would be better if it wasnt metallic. Like Sarge on a Jeep.

Nah, I considered Sarge on my JL but it had no pop, bland in comparison. If EG would have been available through Jeep, it would have beat out Hydro Blue and been my choice hands down.

I had a Sarge JL with bronze wheels. Nothing but compliments everywhere I went. Even non car people.

If you wanted pop you should have gotten Gecko.

Ha! That would definitely get some third/fourth looks! I saw a green Bronco with a vanilla (what ever the Ford equivalent is of that) top. It looked killer as well.

I am huge fan of the EG. It is such a nice paint with the metallic. Depending on the light it looks super different every time. It is only second to Cyber Orange IMO.

I think Cyber Orange would be tough to live with as a daily. Better than Code Orange though...

EG is the only color that channels the look of the 60’s and 70’s vehicles. It is not Boxwood Green but every time I look at my EG Bronco I feel I have an updated classic.
I love the VB but it is a modern color.

I have the same color dilemma and this thread isn't helping lol. Just confirming my struggle.

VB - happier go to the beach in the sun color.
EG - more low key but some pleasant surprises in the sun.

I have a thing for green and deciding if I want to match my Lotus or go different.
