Ahh🤔. I like the look of those and sound tough. Anyone know about the strength and durability of the Ford Heritage flare. I’m still waiting my actual build…but am not expecting much out of them. Would love to be wrong!
I haven't heard anything bad about them yet. Worse I've read is a few of the regular flares have separated (there's inner/outer) but overall seem durable for those that head off trail so I'd imagine the same for the HE flares. I'd recommend grabbing a few extras if you're worried or want to have a set painted along with a spare black set to go off road with.

Here's the part numbers, 2/4 door are the same:

Driver (left) front/back N2DZ-16039-AA
Passenger (right) front/back N2DZ-16038-AA

My Jtopsusa cover showed up Friday afternoon so I decided to remove the hardtop and install it yesterday, took it for a ride today and I must day that I was extremely happy with the fit and sun protection it offers yet still giving you that open air feeling. I still need to pick a good 3"/2" suspension lift, so if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

Looks great! I was wanting one to leave on even with the top on. I believe you can still remove the front panels easily. Not sure you can get to the gunner‘s hatch though.

Yea, no zippers or access to that.

I decided to pull the trigger on the Twisted Shifterz shift knob last week. The website said 4-6 weeks for the custom version with red filled letters. Arrived in 4-6 days! Didn’t seem to make sense to wait longer for a shift knob than I did for my Bronco. I’m pretty happy with the fitment and feel. I did have to modify the stainless steel adapter a bit to meet my pickyness. I changed the bottom from a 45 degree chamfer to a matching radius to the top radius. The radius feels better than the supplied chamfered surface IMO.
I’m also going to adjust the finish from a #4 brush to a polished finish. I’m not a big fan of machining marks unless it’s done on purpose so polishing to match the stock gate will look better IMO. I’ll still need to thin down the jam nut a bit and polish that as well. The overall height is perfect for me.

I’ll have to disagree with you. With the white wheels it just doesn’t look good in my opinion.
I have a soft top I’m dying to get on but missing parts that don’t come with the hardtop Broncos and the folks I bought it from said they don’t have the parts even though it was a dual top option. I agree with you and have Wildtrak takeoffs for when the soft top gets on for that reason

Went down to the Ford Nationals in Carlisle last week. Entered the Bronco in the 2021+ stock class. I was the only Heritage there. Many people didn't even know about the modular top. She took home second place! Lots of old Broncos there.

I have a hard top... yes I have additional wind noise but I do not think it is dramatically more so... I think some of the bars (as opposed to circular lights with variegation along the top edge) get a harmonic that is really annoying. I do not get that sound. And I have heard this light design can cause considerable turbulence over the roof that makes the soft top flap pretty hard.

Mine is no worse than any of the old school stuff we ran with way back in the day.

When I think Heritage..... I think picnic on a mountain top.... I was the first one up this year based on the lack of tracks in the snow banks I had to cross.
Joe,
What an awesome picture, I know your running the Portals and a coil over suspension lift could you tell me what coil over lift you are using.
Thanks,
Ross

Kings..... They are simple like me... only one adjuster, soft to firm. The Foxes and the new accutune ride coil overs are dual adjusters and can probably be dialed in to ride even better but with high speed and low speed adjusters I do not have confidence that I would be able to dial them in perfectly for every surface.
