I’ve always thought ford should have done something more retro for the Bronco letters on the dash in the heritage edition. Like many here I love the vintage script logo, so decided to add one inside. Had to figure out how to cover the original letters, so made a heritage limited plaque with a frontier type font in raised letters on a black background. It’s barely big enough to cover the original letters so might make another, but so far liking the look. The script is plastic from eBay and a little flexible so contours with the dash, and is slightly longer than the fender script. Both pieces are red/black to match the red handles and vents and held on with PSA tape.

I did the same thing years ago on my ‘73, but used the explorer plaque that was on my glovebox door.

Oh no. What will you be replacing it with?
I never got rid of my old FJC, so I've been driving it and going to enjoy being debt free for awhile.

Well, you should be able to get most of your money back. I paid $44k for mine with price protection and private offer. Latest KBB is $41k trade value.

How do you guys with Heritage Edition Broncos like the Goodyear Territory RT LT315/70/R17 OEM tires and wheels? Are they a decent option for someone that mostly drives city streets and light trails. I'm thinking of buying some takeoffs and would like to have some info. I had ChatGPT do a mockup on a Badlands 2 door...pretty decent rendition...if anyone has a real world pic with the MIC top and Eruption Green I'd appreciate seeing it.

Looks fantastic, that was the other color option I was willing to get.

Hey Steve! This is just my $.02, don't put white wheels on it, unless you do a white top and grille... During my process of changing everything on mine, I had the wheels and grille changed, but it wasn't nice enough outside to spray the top and it looked really bad in person...

Cannot totally answer your tire/wheel question, because we changed both our Bronco's wheels/tires when we got them. Both of ours had the 315's, (it's not just on a Heritage or Limited) and neither of us really cared for the OEM "mud terrains 34.5's"... They rode ok on the street, but didn't have any traction offroad, at least for my wife and I.

The only thing I've thought about changing on my EG would be a tan soft top, 8 hole polished aluminum wheels and maybe spraying the grille grey/silver? Not sure I want to go through all that trouble, since I'm the only newer Green & White "Heritage" in town... Plus, I need to finish my Mustang!

I think they are. Other than the rock throwing when new I’m fine with them. The sidewalls may be a bit light for sharp rock crawling at low pressures but for your use case they seem fine. I like the stock white wheels but I come from an age where our rigs had white wagon wheels or polished aluminum slots. Despite what is told, the Heritage white wheels are easy to keep clean and I have no issues with brake dust.
