Put your spare on it and take it to an alignment shop to check it. If it is in alignment, drive that sucker until you can get it fixed. Keep a card with all of your info on it in case a cop pulls you over. You can show them the claim number, dates for all future appointments, and everything else. I sell insurance every day and that is what we tell our clients all the time. It may take months to get it in the body shop, so try to drive it if you can. I also recommend you speak with your agent. This may not be covered under the other persons insurance since the vehicle was "involved in a crime". The other persons insurance will likely deny the claim.
