Is there such thing as a rack that goes across the front of the hood? maybe to mount a slim rotopax liquid canister or recovery equipment? Seems like those front mounts are underutilized.

@Mabett here’s an idea if you’re looking for new items to sell to Bronco suckers.

That would make it pretty difficult to open your hood…

Those mounting points do seem under utilized 🤔

I’d like to see some AUX light pod attachments on those trail sights.

I rarely open my hood, and wing nuts or some other simple disconnect would make good access simple. It’s not like you would be putting a lot of stuff on it.

Are you talking about on top of the thin aluminum hood, or strictly to the tiedowns?

Never stopped Land Rover from mounting the spare tire up front. I presume tge dipstick was accessible without having to remove the tire every morning before starting the motor. Yes, 60-70 years ago not only was it standard practice to check oil daily but service stations would check for you every fillup.

I have a hard enough time seeing the trail directly in front of my tires that I already have to use a camera.... ;) ... Not sure I would want to diminish what I already have too little of.

I did add the dune flag mount and I get the fishing pole mounts.... But rotopax or a spare?????

The trail sights do make good tiedowns for any long items on a roof rack though or for the limb risers.

With a steel hood and heavy duty spring lifts , sure you could mount stuff on the hood - however neither of those are the case.

Attached to the trail sites which have a 150lb rating as per Ford.
