How accurate is the estimated delivery date once the bronco is “built”?

I’m hoping it’s not very accurate. My 4/24 build date Bronco (“in production” since then) *finally* updated to “built”.

Ford Marketing is telling me the estimated delivery date (to a suburb of Denver) is 7/3.

Is there a reasonable chance to expect/hope that it’s going to be sooner? Or is that estimated date fairly accurate?

As the thousands of threads and posts about tracking and delivery will attest (you did try searching first, right?)...

The delivery is accurate to within 1 day and proven to be accurate in 100% of deliveries.

LMAO! Estimating any date from Ford is a crap shoot at best. Right now it sounds like Ford is having shipping issue again. Personally I would not expect to see it 7/3. That said, it will probably show up tomorrow. lol

Expect later, hope for sooner. Probably not the answer you want to hear... but It varies widely.

Personally, my Bronco showed up 10 days after the initial estimated delivery date. Considering some people had their Bronco show up 3 MONTHS after the initial delivery date, I was pleasantly surprised.

I've had ordered Fords show up over a month after the quoted delivery date....

Not accurate, been waiting since may 11th to the 17th. Delivering via convoy if that makes a difference...Still waiting.....

My original delivery ETA was mid-May, now arriving early to mid-June (at least I can track the rail car and the dealer is on top of things) and there's a sizable backlog of build weeks after mine that still haven't shipped. So, hope, but manage expectations.

Ford email 4/14 built, 5/03 Shipped, arrived Chapman on 5/12.

Original estimate on tracker was 5/02-5/09 at dealer.

So 3 days off…depending how long it sat on the Chapman lot before I was contacted.

Bottomline, for me pretty accurate

From my experience, when it was in "Built" status the initial estimate for delivery was a somewhat realistic date about 4-6 week later. But, after mine was "Built" it sat at the Michigan Plant for about 5 weeks before it actually "Shipped." Once it actually shipped, the estimated delivery window was accurate. I'm in CA and it took about 2 weeks by train to get here locally, then sat for about a week in the train yard before delivered to the dealer.

Book a cab now to take you to the dealership on 7/3. Do not check the website, your email, call anyone on the phone, or answer your phone between now and then. Have the cab drop you off at the dealership on 7/3 and drive away. Pick up you new Bronco and drive home.

I had the built status for a few weeks. Build date doesn't mean much. Ship date is the one that matters...from Michigan May 8th to SoCal dealer on the 24th. Not sure if that was by truck or train. Happened pretty quick IMO. Hope yours gets to you soon. You'll love it.

I haven’t ordered one yet but after lurking and based on all threads I would say accuracy is less than 15%
