Just jack up the frame as far back as you can until the tire is lifted.

Ill try that tomorrow. Installing a couple things so I will mess around with it. So basically just jack it up until that tire comes off the ground.
Yes, this is mine without the tire lifted yet. Probably had another 1/2-1 inch to go before it was off the ground.
