Is the way to get a first year order still broken?

I'm not a first day but I was early.I know allotments are supposed to be my problem but is hard to accept a dealer, Courtesy Danville Illinois, has 1. 2022 and 3 2023 sitting on their lot per their website ,all Blue label build window stickers ,and yes selling above MSRP.
