I can also see the Bronco having a solid roof as a trim to in order to incorporate more premium interior features and material that doesn't need to be "weatherized" if you have the roof off. This would help the Bronco compete with the Lexus GX and Land Rover Defender. They could also have a solid roof bronco that could compete with the 4runner as well.

I’m not sure Ford needs to attempt to produce another top for a Bronco. They haven’t had a lot of success in that department.

Well we know how the Rockstars seem compelled to treat the live server as their development server. It wasn't too long ago that their "testing" was caught on the B&P. They apparently were copying/pasting from the super duty and mashing up with the Bronco brand.

That is what the Expedition & Excursion market is for. If they try to make it a luxury vehicle, people are going to be rather disappointed. Just look at how many gripes it gets now because someone didn't know what they were buying .

Felix, you’re indeed right with saying that; want to be clear that I’m with you.

Issue is, remember that at one point, pickup trucks weren’t luxury vehicles. In fact, the very idea of that is stupid as all get out……. but, there we see the Platinum F-150 or GMC anything. Then there was that Lincoln hot mess.

You know what I’m really saying with this from the consumer standpoint. Like how everyone now wants to look or at like Rip from Yellowstone, or at least try to make you think they do.

Expecting creature comforts from an off-roader like the Bronco is some interesting logic, just like wanting luxury in a work tool is as well, but, if people will pay for it, Ford will sell it to them.

For some of the comments here, i dont think we will ever see a non-convertible variant. Way too much work. Sure, a metal one piece hard top thats permanently fixed would be more realistic from a manufacturing perspective, but what's the point of that.

I'd be first in line for a full non removable roof. Ive had mine 14 months and 37k miles and had the front panels off twice I think.

To be fair nobody could during the pandemic. We haven't seen the Bronco get built in normal market conditions yet. In fact I put in an order 3/27 and it was built this Monday, shipped on Tuesday and I've been given an estimate of arrival the 2nd/3rd week of June.

All the massive King Ranch logos ruin the look of those trucks to me. If there is a comparable Bronco, I'd hope it'd have a better name & not have a huge logo plastered everywhere.

Ford can't even make a Heritage right now. Everglades are gone. Base is gone. Cloth seats are gone. I'm pretty sure The King Ranch doesn't want their good name associated with or blamed for yet another Ford debacle.

The issue is with higher end models-not anything below the Outer Banks. That and the Big Bend and Base models are "fairly" simple to get.

It normally takes about 12-16 weeks to get a car ordered and built in "normal times"..I ordered my 2013 SHO in January and had it April 1st. I ordered a 2006 Mustang GT in December 2005 and got it in March of 2006-and that was a hot car like the Bronco was.

I had a shitshow with my 2002 SVT Focus like the Bronco-delays etc...then the car turned into a shit show-traded it in for my Mustang.
