Good morning Bronco family,

Curious what is your go-to brand for locking lug nuts for the Bronco wheels? I am new to an off-road vehicle so not too familier with the right brands. Thanks!

I typically use Gorilla or White Knight for locking lug nuts.

I have always found locking lug nuts to cause me more of a hassle then anything. Any thief can easily remove the standard Ford ones (mcguard). If my wheels get stolen I'll just let my insurance handle it.

Had to rescue my step daughter one night, flat tire and no key for the wheel lock. I'm not going into detail how I got it off, suffice to say make sure they are quality.

My guess is you pulled up the Big Bang Theory episode where they dealt with a flat

Or used a Vice Grip

I plan to use the old plastic-wrapped steel cable with padlock on my spare wheel. I know the feeling of having an easy-to-remove (and expensive!) part stolen when my F-150 tailgate vanished while my truck was in a SoCal parking lot...

I just opted for the Ford wheel locks. Always gotten the OEM accessory ones with vehicles. Albeit, I've never had a spare tire on the back of my vehicle before.

Thieves usually want a quick and easy item to steel, so I'm hoping it deters them enough to move on.

I am with you and I park my vehicle in the garage so I am not to worry about it

wheel locks compared. When this first aired it over whelmed the Advanced Wheel Lock dealer.
Wow! This video was awesome. Quick and concise. Most YTers would have taken 5x more time to cover all that content.

Soooo, anyone buy the Advance Wheel Lock brand? Lol.

I hate wheel locks. These came with the wheels 10+ years ago. I guess the key has seen better days. This mornings tire rotation. Now I wait on a replacement key.

I put the Advanced wheel locks on my spare to deter "impulse shoppers." The spare lug nuts are torqued to 40 ft-lbs, fairly easy to remove even for a meth head. I replaced all three. Look nice.

Keeping stock lug nuts on the four on the ground.
