Excited, been waiting for a transmission skid since September. Watching the website like a hawk for pricing to be released, I heard maybe later this week!

The transfer case skid will work with the OEM gas tank skid. And the transmission skid should work with the OEM front diff skid. The transmission skid should work with the OEM transfer case skid but might sit a little wonky cause the share the same mounting location...

Thank you for the clarification, I will pair the transmission and transfer case skids from LOD. The OEM transfer case skid is unsupported on the rear and bends anyways. Rest of the OEM skids are pretty solid and I'm happy to be able to keep them!

Could it dewonkified by shimming the other bolts with some hefty washers? Or would that lose needed frame structural support like in the event of a high center situation?

I think that it would work out ok. Take a look at our install instructions for that skid plate, it will show you how it mounts...basically it would sit on top of the OE transfer case skid plate.

Just a shout out to LOD as having great products. We have their rear bumper on our Jeep with the spare tire carrier that attaches to the rear door so they swing open in unison. Great design. Now if my Braptor would just get built.

I have a big bend coming and did not opt for the factory skids as I knew I was going aftermarket. I guess she will be a road princess until I can armor her belly.
