The Bronco with the 7 speed, Advanced Transfer case, standard 4.46 gears and 33" tires maths out to about 1mph per 1K engine RPM.
So kicking the engine up into the powerband at 3K is 3mph. Average human walking speed.
Perfect for wheeling with a spotter.
not enough wheel torque for my taste...I'll take the 4.70s thanx!

Yeah, saw this exact question asked on FB an hour or so ago, someone showed a picture of it working how you describe.
It was my question if it was a bronco group ha I posted the same to both for the people that didn't know they wanted the answers ha

How are you getting that combo without aftermarket parts? the only model with 33"s is Badlands and that has the 4.7. Other models have 30"s or 32"s and 4.46

I am getting it through aftermarket tires.

Almost everyone getting a Base model agrees that the useless 30" van tires are going to be replaced immediately, or once the originals wear out.

Best guess in the Base model thread is that 255/85r16 ( 33" pizza cutters) will fit without mods.
The much cheaper 285/75R16 is a maybe.
Gonna have to see what the factory backspacing is.

The first few times I drove my buddy's JK after several years in my XJ and Tacoma, I got reverse going for 6th gear a few times. It just made the awful grinding noise, but still pissed me off...
I'll bet your buddy wasn't too happy about it, either! :ROFLMAO:
