I will be curious to see if it is strong enough. Seems like you would use a shorter pole, which would put less stress on the mount (probably a stainless whip?)Just fyi, picked this up today. Not sure if they are officially available yet but should work out great.
I'll be at Bundy Hill Saturday also with my BD and a buddy w/ a Rubicon. It'll be our first time wheeling and I'm really looking forward to it.I will let you know. Going to use the same flag that was on my 95 F150 in the picture above. They said the bracket is made of stainless steel. Feels nice and sturdy, had the same flag attached to my F150 with a thin plate of aluminum to a single screw in the headlight bucket. Held up fine. Got invited out to Bundy Hill this weekend, so I will report back after with my thoughts and observations.
How was DI in your Bronco? We have a trip planned and I'm curious.I'll probably see you there. Meeting up with a group we met up at Drummond Island a few weeks back. Should be good time.
