I'm truly jealous of all of you that have the space, tools, and know-how to be able to DIY installs like this, I wish I had access to the proper tools and had the guts to just start taking things apart. I wanted to install a simple level kit and was quoted around $1200 from 4WP to install a $100 level kit =( so it didn't happen.
I couldn't have done it without months of research first on Bronco6g and Youtube. Your scenario was almost identical to mine and encouraged me to learn to do it myself. With all the tools I bought, I basically paid a bit more than what you were quoted for the leveling kit install. The cost of the tools and equipment definitely has paid off as more mods were done. Not going to lie, loosening the cam bolts for the lower control arms for the first time had a high pucker factor...but the skills and experience = priceless! That said, $1200 for a leveling kit is a bit much. I'd get more quotes. Good luck!

Were the factory Badlands wires long enough when you relocated the control box? Nice build also!

The cables that come with the Badlands winch are only 30" long. Way too short. Someone on the forum used these from Amazon. After specing out the costs of going with custom ordered cables, I opted to go with amazon out of convenience esp ease of return if needed. https://amzn.to/3kWsEFs

And thanks for the note on my build!

Did you use longer upper control arms?

Still using stock UCAs but plan on getting aftermarket (either Icons or SPAs) when I adjust the Eibachs to max height. Also plan to get Bronc Buster steering rack mods.

I thought about bronco buster but I've read to many articles about the fact of moving the weakness to the rack when we do this. Made me decide to wait for the HOSS 3.0 to become more widely available.

Agreed, I wouldn't rely solely on just a tie rod sleeve. I would be using the passenger side BB billet aluminum housing and the driver side bushing as well as some type of tie rod sleeve, either BB or another brand. I'm open as well to the Hoss 3.0 but would like to see more user experiences with it. To date, I haven't heard of failures from folks using all 3 of the BB mods. Of course there is the 74weld rack that is coming out, but that will be way out of my budget.

From left->right
1) Stock Squatch height front driver
2) Height after installing RC High winch mount & HF Apex 12K winch
3) Height after Eibach pro lift stage 2 & RC High winch mnt & HF Apex 12k
FYI: When I got it aligned, the tech said there was still some adjustability in the stock UCAs.

How do you like the Eibach vs the Bilsteins? Would be curious to hear your thoughts. Great build BTW-will be cool to see those new wheels mounted up in the future too!

I haven't been off road yet. On road, they are very nice. I'd say more comfortable than the Bilsteins. With a total of about 2.5 inches of lift and tires at 39 psi, I've been averaging 19.8 MPG. They soak up pot holes and bumps really well after breaking in. Since I put them on, they have settled about 1/4" in the front. Since they are adjustable, I raised them back up today.

I propped the Evo 6 next to my sasquatch wheels to see what it might look like installed. I like the look!

Nice Cactus Gray 2-Door! There seems to be a run on these recently.

Very similar to mine.

I decided to keep the stock tires and replace the sasquatch wheels with RTR Evo 6 wheels in satin gray that I purchased during the Black Friday sale. Originally wanted to hold out for bigger tires. 37's will have to wait for now-wife's orders😆
