So figured I would start a thread to log some of my progress on my build. It will be a fairly modest build by the standards in this forum. I am starting with the following.

2 Door
Big Bend
Sasquach
Mid package
Signature lights
2.7
10-speed auto
Factory roof rack
Yakima SUP rack
Eruption Green

Ford Bronco My eruption green 2-Door build 64E51EC1-C424-4B35-9D58-9814629F8276

I have no plans on changing anything with the suspension. I got the SAS so I could have a good factory setup that is more than enough for my needs. Not a lot of real off road terrain in the CT area so it will see almost all the time on the concrete. I am an avid mountain biker so it will be handy for getting me to all my favorite trailheads an I plan on building it out to support my riding adventures.

With that in mind here is what I have purchased, added so far.

Mabbett mud flaps - a SAS must. I have only installed the front so far and probably will not install the rears.
Blackout rear horse
blackout rear ford logo
Mabbett Front bull bar
Mabbett center organizer
Draw-tit Class 3 Rear Hitch
1up Bike rack
1up rack attach

I have also removed the beauty rings around the SAS wheels which I like the look of better. I have also deleted the rear seats and will be building out a custom storage area for storing all my riding gear.
I am also doing a full audio replacement with the following
Kicker KEY 200.4 amp
Kicker KEY 500.1 bass amp
Audiofrog GS42 - dash
Audiofrog GS60 - kick panels
Audiofrog GS12D2x2 sub drivers - building custom enclosure

I have a new grill on the way in the form of the Xipex Matt Black and will install the oracle light up letters into the new grill, Also oracle fogs will be coming

So I guess a little bigger build than I thought lol. Cant wait, after waiting 2 years for this thing fun to get started on making it my own.

Worked on a few projects over the last few days. I completed my front end update which includes the following:

Xipex Matte black grille
Oracle light up letters
Oracle fog lights
Malbett Bull Bar

I got the new grille and lights all installed and hooked up. All installs went well. Honestly I have never installed anything like this on a car but didnt have any issues other than a couple self inflicted issues from not watching video on the install for the grille and not looking at the included parts :D

I have the AUX switches so the bronco letters are tied to AUX3 via the wire that runs to the grille. The fogs i wired directly to aux4. I grounded both on the battery. I wrapped all the letters writes black so they are not visible from the outside. Everything worked first shot, WOoo! Love the look of the new front and and very happy with how it turned out, looks a lot better than stock and is more functional now, well the fogs are, the others just look cool, lol.

Oh also added the bull bar. Great fit and really looks great on the mod bumper and does not cover the letters.

All letters work!

Another small project I did was add the built right Molle Cargo Panels to the rear of the bronco. I have done a seat delete and will be building a new platform in the back over the next week. The panels were easy to install though i did break one clip but not really paying attention to how they loosen :(

Built all the rear cargo panels to box in the sub and create a shelf. Going to cover in marine grade vinyl. May do the shelf in bedliner though not sure yet.

Would for sure do the seat delete if I had a 2-door. Looks awesome.

yeah I have no real need for the rear seats and now have a cargo area as big as the 4 door and will have an additional storage shelf. Plus had room for a large sub box which has drastically improved the sound of the audio along with my other upgrades there. Also everything I did is reversible if/when I ever sell.

looks great for sure - has anyone done a one seat delete - maening leaving one extra seat back there in case you need to fit an extra? wondering if that might be good compromise - keep an extra seat while increasing cargo space?

Got the rear cargo area sides I built out of birch plywood wrapped over the last couple days with marine grade vinyl. Got some contact cement and did it myself. Was not too bad of a job. Everything is in place with double sided tape so I can break it down if needed. Decided to do the shelf that will sit above the sub in the same bed liner paint I used for the floor. Got 3 coats on it itday so just waiting for it to dry. Coming along nicely I think. had the extra bronco letters from the grille I purchased so figured what the hell.

the mat is one for the 4 door which fits perfecting in the expanded area.

Dam that looks great. I might contact you to build my 2 door delete pad. I’m not great at wood work.
