Does it squeak a lot? That’s probably what happened to mine, hit a chunk of tire I didnt see due to the car in front of me and now it feels shingot (not by my car to check)

This happened to me on my 2021 Badlands non SAS. Currently in the shop. Has anyone had experience getting this warrantied?
I didn't lose the reservoir, but had 1 rot out and leak at 42k miles. Obviously I was out of warranty and Ford wasn't going to replace it for free. When the next one rots out (may have already happened as ride is bumpier than normal) I'll probably switch to the Bilstein 6110's. These current shocks are garbage!

Factory sas shocks are low quality.

Upgrade to some 6100s.

Hi Carmelo! I can look into your Bronco's noise concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your Bronco's VIN?

That's my biggest concern as well.
It would suck for innocent victims to have their vehicle damaged because Ford cheaped out on shocks. I really hope Ford and Bilstein are looking into this as more and more Broncos on the roads will make for more opportunities for this to happen as long as these shocks are faulty.

I'd say you knocked it off traversing a Quebec salt mountain, damn that shock looks 10 years old! lol
It's a little concerning the amount of rust on the shock relative to the rest of the undercarriage components that look new in comparison while the shock looks 10 years old. The paint must be be ultra-thin as it's down to bare metal in most places. I realize Ford squeezed them down to an ultra-low price point but Bilstein should be embarrassed for putting their name on such a shoddy product.
